- Deep Cleaning services are needed if your home has not been professionally cleaned within at least 6 months or if it does not get cleaned regularly. The cleaners will always inform you if a deep cleaning is needed. If you choose a basic cleaning when your home needs a deep clean you will not be satisfied with the services. It is best to go with the services needed to get the most of what you are paying for.
-Basic Cleaning Services are meant to maintain the cleanliness of your home. This option works best for clients who have had a deep cleaning no more than 6 months before the services, or clients looking to have recurring services.
-Recurring Services are for clientele wanting to maintain the cleanliness of their home after a deep cleaning. These services will keep your home from needing another deep clean for 6-12 months.
-Move out/Make ready Clean is needed for anyone moving out of a home or moving into a home. Again, choosing a basic clean when this type of clean is needed will not get the job needed to be done correctly.
-New Construction Cleans will be needed anytime there is any type of construction being done in a home or before moving into a newly built home. New construction dust is a process to completely get rid of. Starting a new construction clean will speed up the process much faster.
- Biweekly Services: this option is best for clients who have pets, children, and/or lots of traffic in and out of their home but can provide light cleaning between scheduled cleaning days.
-Monthly: this option is best for clients who do not have pets, children, or a lot of traffic in and out of the home.
-Clutter: clutter in the home or things all over the floor, piled on furniture or sitting on countertops (clothes, toys, shoes, dirty laundry, jewelry, etc.) Organizing is a separate additional service option that will need to be scheduled in advance.
-People in the home during cleanings: it is completely up to the client if they want to be in the home during cleaning services. If there are others in the home during services, it can cause messes to be made after the cleaners have already cleaned, it can keep cleaners from cleaning the area of the home properly or it can prevent areas from being cleaned at all if cleaners are unable to get into the areas needing to be cleaned in the amount of time available for that home. Please be sure you and anyone else in the home are aware of the cleaning day so that the home can be cleaned properly.
-Pets: having pets that roam freely around the house during your cleaning will prevent your services from being completed correctly. WE DO NOT CLEAN UP ANIMAL FECES
- If you'd like bedding to be changed, please leave clean bedding at the end of the bed. The cleaners will know the bedding needs to be changed when they see the clean bedding at the end of the bed.
-If clean bedding is not left out, the cleaners will make the bed as is.
- This service is for window washing, this is not a professional window cleaning service
- The cleaners do not scrape things off windows or window frames
-If clients have a preference for cleaning supplies or products that we do not provide the client will be responsible for providing their preference on cleaning day.
** IF YOU HAVE SINKS, TUBS, SHOWERS, GROUT, SURFACES, OR ANYTHING IN THE HOME BEING CLEANED THAT MIGHT BE SENSITIVE TO CLEANING CHEMICALS YOU MUST LET US KNOW UPON SCHEDULING. IF THE CLEANERS ARE NOT INFORMED, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES.
-the cleaners will only be responsible for locking up the same way they entered the home. If anyone enters the home through the other entrances while the cleaners are there, the cleaners will not be responsible for keeping track of what other entrances are being used.
- Emergency cancellations are waived one time.
- If canceling two times in a row clients will not be placed back on our schedule until the fee is paid
-If a client cancels too frequently, we will have to remove the client from the recurring schedule.
-If a client wishes to be removed from the schedule, they will not be charged a cancelation fee if they give us a 2-week notice before their upcoming scheduled cleaning services
**If water is not turned on or there isn’t a way for the cleaners to enter the home once they arrive
you will be charged the cancellation fee
**If there is a delay in getting the job started you will be responsible for paying for their time.

-*PAYMENT IS DUE THE DAY OF CLEANING* there will be a $5.00 late fee added for each day after your cleaning day if payment is not made. For those who pay online, your payment is due once you receive your invoice.
- Must do a walk through the day of cleaning. Please do not send complaints 2-5 days after the cleaning services.
-If there are pets or other people in the home during cleaning services, the satisfaction guarantee will not apply
-If the client provides the products the satisfaction guarantee will not apply. We cannot rely on clients to provide properly functioning equipment, products needed, and clean rags, clean mop heads, clean spray mop, or floor dust pads.
-If clients are told they need a deep clean or move-out/make-ready clean and the client still chooses a basic clean the satisfaction guarantee will not apply.
